In 2020, Trump holds WI, PA, FL, and ME-02 and flips NH, but the Democrats flip MI, NC, and AZ, as well as NE-02 (which went blue for Obama in '08).

Why did so many pundits in 2016 believe that Clinton could/would win AZ and/or NC while losing PA to Trump?

AZ sticks out, but if replaced with Georgia could be a plausible map with 90%+ black vote
