Appropriations, Budget, Commerce, Finance, Foreign Relations, Helath and Human Serivces, Judiciary

First two picks would be Budget and Finance, but since they're simiar I'd pick Finance and HHS

Most Senators serve on four committees, and if free to pick any four, I'd pick finance, armed services, foreign relations, and appropriations.
