Lots of garbage gets put on the Web, and if someone praises Hitler, Stalin, or ISIS as heroes, then his material rightly goes down. Wikipedia has taken measures to delete pages which simply give the biography of a murderer or other criminal who is otherwise without characteristics of notability so that it can avoid giving some loser a perverse sort of attention for doing evil. (I participated in that policy change. If any people are to be recognized, then it should be the victim and not the killer). Do Holocaust denial, and get taken down.
