Why is this a bad thing? It’s not  like there’s anything to hide or will have any bad affect on our citizens for answering a census question

Even though the challenge wasn't based on constitutionality of putting the question on the Census, but rather the Commerce Department and Wilbur Ross violating multiple laws regarding the process in which they went about it their attempts to add the question.

Still it won't matter, the Republican Supreme Court will do what they please.

Roberts took Kennedy slot as the maverick. Should a Dem majority emerges, he will take up PR Statehood, Holiday for voting which will go through reconciliation with campaign finance reform. He will side with liberals except for ban on super Pac
