that would result in a lot of dead people whose only crime was trying to help us and would ensure nobody would ever work with us/YOU again.  Plus, I don't think the President has the "need to know" to see every single classified thing the CIA has ever done.

Of course the Pres has the ability to DEclassify anything they want, but if they don't know a thing is classified (because why would they) how are they going to ask to declassify it?  They can't just say "declassify everything", because that would be crazy.

Non-violent offenders include financial scammers like Bernard Madoff who may have turned rich people into paupers.

Rescind the travel ban, the global gag rule and rejoin the Paris Agreement and Iran Deal. I'd also reinstate Obama's clean power plan with some modifications and remove tariffs for the European Union and Canada. I would not eliminate the tarriffs on China at this point and would even consider additional ones until Beijing behaves properly.

Other executive orders were:
- A ban for federal employees to accept any gifts
- Issue a ban for fracking on federal lands in certain areas at least
- Create a task force to work out a plan to balance the budget
- Impose additional sanctions on Russia and order the CIA to launch a massive cyber warfare offensive against Putin's regime until he stops underminding the West.

In addition, I would commute all inmates on the death row (convicted under federal law) to life imprisonment.

-Order the Justice and Education Departments to reissue the Obama Admin's Guidance to Public Schools that Title IX protects Transgender Students

-Order ICE to cease any and all attempts at capturing non-criminal undocumented Immigrants

-Pardon all individuals who were arrested for possession of Marijuana in Federal Prisons.

That's the couple big ones for me.

Reinstate the DREAM act, sign back on to the Paris Accord,  reunite children and not separate them, and stop the travel ban.

While it wouldn't be a first day action, I'd be finding out where we can safely pull back our military. Japan would be a particular focus based on the behavior of troops there. I'd also stop any military purchase agreement for tanks and other equipment that is pointless in a modern army and redirect funds to research and veteran support, especially mental health. As the military is precisely the president's bailiwick, the major goal of my presidency would be a lean and efficient military, rather than the bloated monstrosity have now.  If international concerns came up, I would happily offer troops for the UN to handle the issue, rather than the US handling it directly. I feel like this all would involve many executive orders, but it would have to be done slowly so as to not mess things up, so there would probably be done at of first day order to get things moving.
