Tengriism is the likeliest to see significant organic growth because it's the only one that's survived uninterrupted without the need for conscious reconstructionism, but I guess I could see a reconstructed form of one of the European polytheisms deciding to start proselytizing heavily enough to surpass it.

If I had to guess some of these categories I would say traditional Celtic religion, because it has the closest links to Wicca which is the largest, albeit extremely diffuse, version of paganism today.

I think right now, Odinism (Norse/Germanic Polytheism) is actually the most popular of these listed.

I'd say the Baltic ones. The Baltic states are returning to their pagan roots at their rapid rate. (This is especially true with Estonians who aren't actually Balts but Finno-Ugric shamanism wasn't listed here.)
