Crappy poll options.

I am a bit worried about reverse discrimination. Just saw a news article about how a white campus student at some college somewhere was caught yelling out-loud "I LOVE WHITE PEOPLE." My guess is that if someone yelled out "I LOVE BLACK PEOPLE", there wouldn't be a news article about it. You can't do that.

We cannot have reverse discrimination. White people should feel no guilt. Hell, none of my ancestors were even in America until decades after the Civil War. I saw a black girl I know on Facebook post some meme showing a line-graph timeline that said:

END OF SLAVERY ------ END OF SEGREGATION ------ 2018

or something like that. But she posted it as like, some sort of a negative thing. I was thinking, isn't that a positive? That we made so much progress? Should she be posting it in a favorable light? That makes me begin to wonder if perhaps some people want racism so that they have a permanent fight.

Obviously. Have you never taken a political science course on polling? This is meant to force you to choose, which one do you value more?

Neither of these options are acceptable.

I'm not a utopian, not by any means, but #2 is a better option, in that it would reduce a good deal of the bad behavior that increases the need for the safety net.
