I don't know.  I read about about somebody trying to get both days of a weekend off for a funeral for a friend and the owner/manager not being very supportive.  If you think the response to that, as a bystander, should be violence, then I think you're a sick jerk that should probably seek counseling before you end up in jail for hurting somebody.

Is that how you are reading the response from the owner?
As something that is simply common or tolerable, as to say it was just "not being more supportive?"
