How will Howard County, IA trend and who will win most likely here? This is the county that voted for both Obama in 2012 and Trump in 2016 by 20 points each. Suggestions?

An article on 538 from last year worth reading.

I think Hubbel still lost it by 20 points
Someone more populist(yes it does matter a bit) could probably cut it to a ten point loss)

However its true these voters are insanely elastic still. It was interesting to read that 538 article before. A lot of the voters genuinly were salty about Hillary winning the primary and actually wanted the commie.
