I think it is major bull that you can't start posting immediately after registering on some forums.

Even worse is when even after activation your account has to be "approved by an administrator".

That's what I'm talking about.

"After you submit this form, your account will be registered. You will not be able to log in until it is activated. This will take some unspecified amount of time. Make a sandwich."
