Lincoln recall election

I voted No in the Lincoln recall election. It's not that I approve of the activity level of the assembly. I lack information on every individual situation. Is each person not interested in the game now, were they motivated to run for office or told to do it by party leaders. How much help and guidance were they given.

I see two individuals posted legislation. They have been quickly criticised. I think all assemblypersons are new players and they are in a situation of running the assembly without experience. They don't have the chance of learning and integrating in the game by being in an assembly lead by people of experience. You get a chance to learn about the process and rules of assembly , the form of legislation, learn what laws were passed before. I dislike three person assembly, don't find it fun and it's deadly if one person isn't active. So if some of them are interested in the game I am willing to give them a chance, be a more welcoming Atlasia since they were not in good conditions to integrate the game.
