Are we talking about the same DC that has never voted GOP during a presidential election and gave Walter Mondale 85% of its vote in 1984? I think if we tried hard we could find at least one older white guy who may live within city limits and voted for Trump, assuming he hasn’t already passed away.

You're a pretty bad scavenger if that is the only Trump voter you can find in all of DC out of 11,553.  Assuming you know the race and age of said voters before your search even begins might hinder your ability to find one, of course.

Republicans control all three branches of the federal government, which as far as I know, is located in Washington, D.C.
