I introduced this bill because it would guarantee some basic privacy protections for all citizens of Lincoln. It would limit warrantless surveillance conducted by police departments, for one, and ensure transparency by ensuring legal procedures are followed. It also limits companies from unnecessarily interfering in the private lives of citizens.
