In anticipation of Sunday's elections, here are some maps (all from me) of recent Mexican elections and other basic demographic maps.

2012:
I made this map years ago and the quality leaves a lot to be desired, because the basemap wasn't the best. But it does the trick, and zoom in still does its magic.

Im guessing Vicente Fox was supported mainly by the mexican middle class hense the urban vote. Meanwhile Calderón's stance on cartels wins him the North of Mexico only for them to vote for EPN when violence becomes far higher than expected.

I think in 2006 the a good part of the PRI vote in the PRI-PAN states in the North went over PAN to stop AMLO.
