Where is this idea that this race will be competitive no matter what just because of the 2016 results coming from? Jim Justice overcame a 300,000-vote Trump margin at the top of ticket and won by 7, and the electorate this year will be nowhere near as Republican-friendly as in 2016. Morrisey is arguably a weaker candidate than Bill Cole, too.
