Yeah. I'd always assumed standing would be nigh-impossible to show in this emoluments case; the harm to MD and DC seems too remote in my estimation. I.e., I'm surprised the attorneys general for MD and DC were able to show causation.

I have to imagine this bodes well for making the case against Trump legally. I was under the impression the matter of standing was the main obstacle to nailing him on this issue.
