I would say this :


2004 Election(Bush wins all the states he lost by 5 points or less):



Bush 355
Kerry 183


2006: Republicans probably only lose 1-2 Seats in Senate(RI , and PA) and Narrowly Keep the House(say 219-216)


2008:




Hillary 322
McCain 216

In 2004, I probably would have added New Jersey to Bush since he lost this state by only 6 percentage points in real life.

The thing is, Dubya KNEW there weren't WMD's in Iraq, when he planned the invasion, so the U.S would have had to fake some, which would have hurt Dubya more, if he was found out.

Clinton probably would have won Missouri and Colorado, but otherwise I'd agree with you almost entirely.
