Author/Sponsor: Mike Wells

I open the floor for debate. The sponsor has 36 hours to argue in favor of this bill.

So we already heard arguments about the deficit when a similar amendment was considered very recently. I think the idea of a balanced budget is admirable but in some situations a deficit isn't bad. A big problem with not having a balanced budget amendment though if that there isn't a limit, we can be as irresponsible as we want. (Since Atlasia isn't real our policy can be as unrealistic as we want, but that's not why we're here.) So this is a suitable compromise. I think it's pretty generous to be honest.

But I'm waiting for the fhtagn seal of approval on this. Now let me get back to arguing with LT on discord over if Blair rigged the jury selection process.
