It's a Venn Diagram with an enormous overlapping area. I suppose it's possible that he's one of the very small group of people who has zeroed in the idea that the Rothschilds control the world without being anti-semitic at all, but I haven't met that group yet.

Ward 8 is the poorest part of DC (Southeast) with the most crime and worst schools. The high school this guy went to was just found to have graduated unqualified students. So if this is coming from anywhere in DC, it'd be here.
