Had he lost solely because of his political views, he'd still have a following, ready to give him cash, hoping for a new shot at Jones' Senate seat in 2020, etc.  Now, though, all of these allegations are out in the open, and no one has, to my knowledge, recanted or been caught fabricating.  Casting a vote for such a person is one thing; sending him money AFTER he's lost is another.

I predict that Roy Moore will launch a Presidential candidacy for the Constitution Party's nomination.  It's one way he can get his debt paid.  Watch.

I suspect this as well. The Constitution Party has struggled to find major candidates over the years; initially founded as a vehicle for a potential Buchanan third party run that never materialized, the biggest stars the party has ever fielded were Howard Phillips and Virgil Goode. Phillips was a low level Nixon appointee who is most remembered for trying to dismantle the Equal Opportunity Committee and hosting a public access show called Conservative Roundtable. Virgil Goode, though a former Congressman, was almost completely forgotten by 2012. The party will no doubt try and draft Moore in 2020 (they were anti-Trump in 2016 and will remain so in 2020), who probably has an ax to grind with the POTUS anyway.

Then take into account how profitable a scampaign can be; Moore has the name recognition (and instant controversy) to make a splash on entering the race, and can quickly fire up a small but fiercely loyal following from which to draw donations. All Moore needs to do is either write a book or hire his wife as a consultant and pay her out the wazoo, and he basically can pilfer all of the money.
