With the support of a Vice Chancellor Friedrich von Payer, as well as the Centre, FVP, and SDP, Bülow manages to seize Paris on May 3-4, 1917. He orders Ludendorff and Hindenburg to move their military headquarters closer to the troops and takes away large amounts of their political power. Friedrich von Payer negotiates a basic rough draft for a Treaty of Bucharest. What happens from there?

I suspect we see another World War in 15-20 years, if peace is secured.

Do you think a German-British-Romania(Romania, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Thrace, Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Serbia)-American-Hungary(Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, and Bosnia) alliance would be able to defeat some Socialist alliance of Russia, Turkey, Austria, Greece, Italy, France, and maybe Spain?
