None, I would hope, but it depends on who else he'd be running against. After Trump, I think the GOP would pick someone who has held elected office before and Shapiro isn't exactly a populist capable of emulating Trump's strategy.

This. He'd maybe win Iowa, pick off a couple of the southern states, but beyond there, his ideological purity wouldn't have much appeal.

He could POSSIBLY win the GOP nomination. BUT I don't think that he is electable in the general election. He would set the GOP's progress they made in the rustbelt back to Romney numbers. What appeal does he have towards workers? He'd probably just go to a factory and shout them down and post the video on youtube.
