Looks better! Especially on the south facade (with the letters) — less of the imposing slab it started out as. The north side is still fairly flat and intimidating, even with the new glass cutout, but as this is not a final design I think they'll get around to improving it.

I'm still concerned about the impact of the center on neighborhood rents and the possibility of residential displacement, but the new design is nice enough.
