Hello fellow Atlasian,

This is my constituency office, the place to go for campaign announcements, updates on legislation, bills I introduce, and an explanation for ALL the important votes I make.

Let me start off with a quick overview of the Lincoln Assembly election last week, along with my victory speech and a thread for anyone in Atlasia who's interested in finding out more information on the Anarcho-Libertarian Party. I have also included an updated list of current officeholders in Lincoln, the regional government noticeboard, and a re-hash of the points I emphasized in this campaign.

On that note, here are the central tenets to my platform, which I fully intend to carry out in office:

• Hold a popular referendum to re-determine term length for ALL state offices

• Initiate secession of New England (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut) into formation of Northeast Region

• Repeal and replace the Constitution of Lincoln with the Personal Freedoms Act

• Ban Alliance, Direct Democracy, Federalist, Progressive Union, Peace, and Labor parties

• Forcefully remove chairs and executive officials with high-ranking positions in the organizations mentioned above

• Purchase the states of Minnesota and Iowa from Fremont

• If unsuccessful, pass motion in Assembly to invade and annex Fremont

• Take and receive more suggestions from constituents regarding their governance (increase direct democracy)

• Exterminate all citizens of Lincoln with membership in the Democratic National Committee

• Establish and hold primaries for willing parties in all state and local-level elections

• Increase size of State Assembly to include ten voting/legislative members, speaker/president, and lieutenant-governor

• Abolish all positions at the Ministry of Transportation

• Declare State College, Center County, PA, as the capital of Lincoln

• Draft policy by consulting every resident of Lincoln

• Bring back our individual liberties, so that self-government can return to Atlasia for good

• Weaken our overbearing public institutions by shrinking the size of government

• Gradually reduce funding for groups abusing their authority

• If compliance is not achieved, begin to withhold all compensation within six months

• Suspend every current lawmaker from ANY public-related business, for life

• Eliminate ALL useless and non-essential departments at the State Capitol

• Allow Atlasians to run in up to ten elections simultaneously

• End mandatory voting

• Enshrine the ability of every state to secede from Lincoln

• Hold elections for regional (and federal) Cabinet positions, including Registrar-General, Secretary of State, and Elections Administrator

• Actively promote and advance states' rights throughout the country

• Put petty disputes and partisan politics behind, by conducting genuine outreach to work across party lines in the legislature

• Legalize participation in multiple registered political parties

• Make citizen participation easier and more accessible by considering petitions with five valid signatures before the assembly (threshold to be re-evaluated)

• Introduce optional, voluntary BINDING PLEBISCITES on national affairs as well as state-level matters and related concerns, when in the public interest

• Put in place a FLAT TAX rate, which will eventually be phased out

• Build larger-than-life statues of Anna and co. in Lake Michigan, to commemorate all her future service to the great republic

Dear fellow Lincolnite,

As you might know, I am obliged to swear an oath before entering office to be your next representative in the Lincoln Assembly. However, declaring my allegiance to the State runs against my eternal promise to repeal the Constitution and replace it with the Lincoln Act of Freedom.

I was elected to serve the PEOPLE OF LINCOLN, not the Constitution, and I view them as mutually exclusive goals that CONFLICT with each other. For that reason, my only loyalty lies to this region and its constituents. Let it be known, then, that my statement will continue to appear as originally published.

Hello all,

In an age of corruption and complacency in Atlasia, we need a TRUE LEADER more than ever, to shake up the establishment's stranglehold over our lives.

Good evening Lincoln,

I have a very encouraging announcement to make: not only was I sworn in today, but our FIRST MAJOR LEGISLATIVE ACHIEVEMENT also occurred, just now!

My hours-long tenure in the Lincoln Assembly has already raised citizen participation to record levels in our historically renowned ACTIVE DEMOCRACY: 125% of all our past and present representatives are currently running for Speaker!

This is slightly over half the previous low-water mark of 273% set by the Fremont Commons from February to April 2006, an astonishing statistic when you consider how far the level of political discourse in Atlasia has fallen since the Great Degradation that began last summer:

It's a sad day in Atlasia when...

Dear friends,

I am sorry to inform you that yesterday afternoon, our newly opened constituency office was trashed, vandalized, and burglarized.

Although all party campaign officials are safe, and no one was hurt, we have decided to maintain an all-day, 24-hour police presence in the vicinities of the home base. We realize that the police have committed horrible atrocities upon the people of Atlasia in the past, especially anarchists and libertarians like those who were targeted by this horrifying attack yesterday.

Therefore, I made the decision last evening, along with a number of senior advisors, to request a small task force from the Lincoln Security Services Department headquarters. However, that was when an even greater outrage occurred: they demanded a $120 daily fee in exchange for our protection!

In fact, this demand, coupled with a mind-boggling degree of unreasonable greed, does not even take into account the fact that their work has already been funded by OUR tax money. Our security should not be a commodity to fight over, and we should ALL be able to enjoy a basic sense of safety for as long as we live anywhere in the world, especially Lincoln.

I also realize that government workers, as well as public servants like our law enforcement officers, are generally underpaid. But the police are a vital underpinning to the safety and order of our society, and those who most need their assistance are very often the ones who can "afford" it the least.

Change must happen – NOW – in order for the government to work for us, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. We will be taking our argument into the courts so that we may bring this case up with them, where the matter of this dispute can hopefully be resolved in our favor.

This is why reform is now more important than ever. I promise to be a force in this discussion, and will undoubtedly continue to stand up for those who have been wronged by this reckless and irresponsible action from Station #5.

If you disagree with the SSD's brazen dispossession of your fundamental rights as a citizen of Atlasia, add your voice below: we will make ABSOLUTELY sure that no amount of money can ever take away your position in this country.

GREAT news all: thanks to all your hard work, we've just successfully passed our first bill, the Revolving-Doors Act!

I am happy to announce that we have gotten rid of the bad, old system of deputy and joint speakers, and Lincoln will now have at least four speakers for the rest of this session!
