Summary:

The contents of this bill are largely regulatory as opposed to criminal or procedural.

1 - 4.)  Limits certain non-health related restrictions on food trucks.

5.) Exempts yard sales from business licensing requirements.

6 - 7.) Allows bars to choose to allow smoking or nudity.

8.) Exempts non-commercial moonshining or beer brewing from taxes or commercial regulations.

9.) Decriminalizes giving communion wine to children at a religious service.

10.) Allows citizens who own rare animals to take them with them if the move. The President owns several rare arachnids and snakes, and apparently under current regional law against invasive species, she would have to surrender or kill the animal, rather than being allowed to transport it across State lines. Not cool.

11-12.) Prevents jurors, court witnesses, or the national guard from being fired when called to duty.

13-17.) Various minor tweaks to the law to reduce hunger through charitable donations or animal raising.

18-19.) A few minor exemptions from a strict enforcement of child labor laws.

20.) Prohibits adoption services from discriminating against LGBT applicants.

21-25.) Minor building code changes.

26.) Minor clarification related to a bill we passed last month.

27.) The date the bill would start.

Could this bill be amended to strike down Georgia's ban on Bengal cats?

I definitely see this as a friendly amendment and will add language to that effect.
