I don't think you know Cuomo. If anything, the Republicans would be on the forefront to defend Cuomo as he's a horribad candidate and would sink the Democrats in 2020.

Why is this an issue for the FBI?

Isn't this an issue for NY Atty General Eric Schneiderman?  He wants to take on Trump; why is taking on Cuomo for NYS matters beyond him?
