You know, unless these embassies are moving to East Jerusalem nothing has really changed. Trump didn't acknowledge 1967, only 1948.

You know, unless these embassies are moving to East Jerusalem nothing has really changed. Trump didn't acknowledge 1967, only 1948.

That's because it's key to the Palestinian narrative to deny any Jewish roots in the region. Jewish claims to Jerusalem cut to the core of that, so it's been a long demand that there be no recognition of any Israeli rights to Jerusalem "pending final settlement" which will never happen.
