What if the Comey letter came on the same day as the Access Hollywood tape in OTL and the Access Hollywood tape comes out on the same day as the Comey Letter OTL?

Can somebody explain to me as if I were a mentally challenged 5 year old what the Comey Letter was about? I know the Access Hollywood tape is the grossly over rated and over used pussygrabbing tape, but what about Comey?


(BTW I thoroughly believe Comey deserved to have been fired, but aw well sometimes people just can't agree)

The letter reopened the FBI investigation of Hillary's emails for a brief time.
