An another idea I had during the convention and that sadly it didn't pass.

Why not changing the way senators are elected?
Instead of 2 elected at large at regional level, here is what I propose:
-1 still elected at large at regional level
-1 elected by the state legislature of the region

It would force the parties to clearly make investments in the regional elections, and so revitalizing the regions!
