This was part of the larger FDA funding bill that passed 94-1 with Bernie only opposing vote (he disagrees with other parts of bill and knew it would easily pass along with the 5 absent Republicans.)  But the Race for Children part of the bill has been number 1 legislative issue for kids cancer charities for awhile.
