What is the official term for the minimum age for juveniles when they can be given a sentence by a criminal court. (Or in other words: What's the English translation of Strafmündigkeit?)
age of accountability? age of criminal discretion? age of (criminal) responsibility? age of liability?

Are adolescents, juveniles and youths the same kind of human beings?
Is there also a legal term for young adults between the age of 18 and 20 ("Heranwachsende")?

I believe we don't have one and that it's up to the District Attorney as to which court they charge the under aged kid in.

Age for capacity varies from state to state both in criminal cases and tort.
