Of these options, definitely Biden (though only O'Malley and Cuomo appear likely to run from this list).

I know nothing about Shapiro's policy position, but having an europhile President would be nice, and he would be a fresh face.

Also, this being your first post, and the first time I ever hear about that guy... I'm gonna go ahead and assume you're Andrew Shapiro testing the water for a potential run.
