How did the Cuban American community vote in 2016? Did they have an effect in Miami Dade results?

54-41 Trump, at least in Florida.  Still much closer than Rubio's 68-31 margin with them.

How did the Cuban American community vote in 2016? Did they have an effect in Miami Dade results?
They were more Republican-leaning than in 2012. And no, it doesn't seem to have much of an effect in Miami-Dade. Obama got 61.6%, Clinton got 63.2%, which is impressive in a year with much more third-party voters.
