It's time for the hospitals to take care of the victims, the police to collect evidence and hunt down the gunman, and most likely in due time (unless the gunman chooses to go down in a gun battle with the police) the courts to determine guilt of the alleged gunman and any possible accomplices.

Having lived near there in the past, cameo has a bad reputation. This was 99% likely gang/drug related
