American made cars

There were more than 450 models of cars sold in the US last year, only 8 can claim to be American made (at least 75% parts and manufacturing made and done in the US or Canada).  Here they are(in order of number of Americans employed):
1.Toyota Camry
2.Honda Accord
3.Toyota Sienna
4.Honda Odyssey
5.Honda Pilot
6.Chevrolet Traverse
7.GMC Acadia
8.Buick Enclave

As recently as 2010 there were 30 models that qualified.

It does.  In 2015 the F150 was redesigned fell to 70%.  Same as the Toyota Tundra.  The GM twins Colorado/Canyon are 66%.  The big Ram 1500 is 61% (trannys come from Germany and engines come from Italy? oh yeah, Fiat!).  Toyota Tacoma is next at 60%.  Both Nissans are next at 50%.  Which are above the big GM trucks at 45% from the US or Canada.
