Just to make it clear folks, I'm not saying I'm in favor (or against) what Bono proposed.  I haven't finished digesting it enough to make any final opinions.  The focus of that draft was modernizing the language, eliminate some of the ten dollar words, and rephrase some portions to make it neutral towards religion.

And changing the thereshold of jury trial from $500 to $1000. Don't think I didn't noticed.Tongue

A minor point, but seriously, unless we can avoid both inflation and deflation fixing a dollar value for a jury trial in the constitution is a poor idea in my opinion.
