You seem to not grasp that isolationism means not starting conflicts.  Of course, Trump doesn't seem to grasp that either, so who knows? However, I doubt Trump will want to upset the Russians by bombing Iran.

This should only affect a few people. We dont have an embassy there. We dont have flights there. The only americans who go there are journalists who ultimately get ransomed as "spies". Does anyone know anyone who's been to Iran?

I know a fair number of people in Tehrangeles who return to the mother country every once in a while to visit family.

I was responding to your post, not you.  "America First" is an isolationist slogan, so while Trump may not use the word, isolationism is what he stands for.
