     I like this bill. I have been asked to be GM several times, and my impression was always that it seemed to be a lot of work for one person to handle. My only question is whether we want the Deputy GM to be chosen entirely at the discretion of the GM, or if the Senate should debate the matter as well.

I'd be willing to have a clause stating that the DGM has to be confirmed by the Senate.
