Here’s the draft proposal being considered by the Iowa Democratic Party to allow (for the first time) absentee ballots for the 2020 caucuses:

Just make it a primary.  Caucuses are a relic we need to do away with.

It'd be nice if we could do away with all caucuses in general and the Iowa caucus in particular.
