Vice President Joe Biden runs for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination by boxing out Elizabeth Warren and Andrew Cuomo from the race. He defeats De Blasio and Harris to win the nomination and picks Warren to consolidate the progressive base. Is Biden/Warren 2020 a good ticket?

Biden won't run in 2020. That was the perfect ticket for this year though.
