no i dont believe *suspected* child molesters (or anyone else) should be able to fire at cops.  however, i certainly dont believe the gestapo should burn down places and kill innocents.

The ATF is by the nature of its job, a group that is forced into some tough situations. Waco was one of them and was handled very poorly from the top to the bottom. Reno should've been given the boot first of all. Also, can you imagine the uproar is Ashcroft had ordered a compound attacked and then had the thing burn down on him. The Dems would've called for his execution on the Capitol steps.

investigationg alleged child molestation is under state jurisdiction. The feds had nothing to do there.
