2008, but I was vaguely aware of her before then as being Bill Clinton's wife.

I am a bit older than most of you. I remember reading an article about her I think in Time magazine back about 1983.

I cannot be sure but I think I caught sight of her while watching the Watergate hearings back in  1974, she was a legal aide to the committee then.

2000, when her husband was in his lame duck year.  My first grade teacher showed us pictures of the president and first lady as she was explaining to us the upcoming presidential election, focusing mostly on Bush and McCain, who were the leading GOP candidates.

Probably when she became SoS in 2008. I vividly remember seeing that McCain lost to Obama as a 10 year old, and it was ny first memory of American politics, so I guess Clinton came a bit later since I clearly remember her as SoS.

When I was six in 1999 and the teacher there put a video of Hillary Clinton introducing the White house building to the class in those TV taped to some stack with tiny wheels below.

I had probably heard of her from my Hillary-loving mother and Hillary-hating father for a large portion of my life considering I was born in the Clinton years. The earliest memory I can pick up is probably when she became the Secretary of State. From then on, I only knew the 60%-approval-rating Hillary, so it was jarring to see those numbers drop so much in 2015. First time I saw her in person was in 2013 when she gave a (paid Wink ) speech at the University of Miami.
