2017, 2018 should be a good years for Democrats when it comes to gubernatorial elections. They should pick up Illinois, Michigan, Kansas, New Mexico, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Maine, they could pick up Oklahoma, Florida, Nevada, Ohio and Georgia.
Hahaha in your dreams.

If it ends up being President Trump, sure.  If it's President Clinton, they'll pick up New Jersey (obviously), Michigan (due to the Flint Water Crisis), and probably Maine.  That's it though.

Agree. Foolishness pure and simple. Democrats, probably, simply don't have a candidate, who is conservative enough  to win Oklahoma governorship now. He/she must be more conservative then Boren's were, and rather considerably.... And Democratic bench in Kansas, Ohio, Georgia and even Florida is very thin...

A huge republican wave in a very red state when he was less hated then now.

And he only won by four points.
