And the 3rd party candidates should take more votes in 2016 than in 2008.

I'd say Obama 2008 due to turnout likely being lower this year and that Clinton will probably win by a smaller margin than Obama did. Also, third party votes can decrease Clinton's vote total.

This one is actually debatable. I think Obama '08 takes it though.

I suspect the 2016 race will still end up a bit closer than that one. In addition, third parties should play a much bigger role and turnout will probably be lower than it was that year.

I think Obama. He got 53% of the vote, I expect Clinton to fall just short of 50%.
