I just saw a TV ad for Isakson during the Vanderbilt-Georgia football game, essentially going negative on Barksdale.  It's the first ad I've seen in a race that has looked like a runaway for Isakson.  What do they see that's made them start running ads?

Al Franken ran ads in 2014, and he was safe. Helps remind people there's an election, I guess.

I highly doubt it, but hope this is true. On the issue of the ad, it could be just safety for Hillary's closeness in the state and trying to pre-empt any downballot voting.
