Cotton, Ernst, and Haley are positioned particularly well to move up the list in the next couple of years. I think Kasich, Sasse, Amash, and Baker are (from an ideological perspective) poorly positioned to win GOP primaries. Corker is a competent politician but I don't see what separates him as a presidential contender.
Why do you think Sasse would be out of step idealogically with other potential GOP Presidential Candidates? He seems in-line with the Party for an idealogical perspective.
I agree with you on Corker. Anyway, I don't think he would have very much appeal with minority voters in a General Election.
I agree with you about Haley being a future Presidential Candidate.
