I'd say Dodd, Gilmore, Thompson, and maybe Hunter.

As I mentioned in the Intrade thread, National Journal has made inquiries with the various campaigns and their fundraisers, asking them how much they expect to raise this quarter, and how much they expect rival campaigns to raise, and they've compiled 1st quarter fundraising predictions:

http://nationaljournal.com/racerankings/wh08/democrats/

Clinton $35 million
Obama $23 million
Edwards $15 million
Biden $9 million
Dodd $8 million
Richardson $8 million
Kucinich $1 million
Gravel $500,000

http://nationaljournal.com/racerankings/wh08/republicans/

Romney $25 million
McCain $20 million
Giuliani $15 million
Brownback $6 million
Hunter $6 million
T. Thompson $6 million
Gilmore $5 million
Huckabee $5 million
Tancredo $3 million
They don't offer an estimate for Paul.

If those numbers turn out to be accurate, then I don't think any of the campaigns will be in serious trouble for a while.  (I don't think Kucinich, Gravel, or Tancredo are running very expensive campaigns.)  But clearly, it's going to be embarrassing for whoever comes in 7th or 8th place on the GOP side, even if it isn't by very much.

Dodd? Are you kidding? He's the chairman of the Banking Committee. He's widely expected to raise the most money out of all the candidates not in the top-tier on either side.

I can't speak for the Republicans, but none of the Democrats will drop out until the latter part of the year.

How could you ever put Romney on the list? He's on his way to buying the presidency!

I don't think anyone will drop out this early.
