Ok, here are some details: Planned Parenthood gets a funding raise of $100 million or more, and in return they can't do abortions. Abortion counseling is very much allowed.

1. Moving the regional capital to a more centralized location. New York City is an unacceptable.

You realise that this would require a [constitutional amendment] referendum on a subject we've just had a referendum on?

After thinking things over, I have decided to moderate my stance on this matter. I am now only advocating for some governmental bodies and institutions to be headquartered in more centralized/western locations in the region.
