For Johnson: Montana, Utah, New Mexico, Virginia seem like possibilities

For Stein: probably Vermont, Oregon or Washington

100% guaranteed: New Mexico. He got 3.55% there in 2012 so I can't see him doing worse than 5% there.
Almost certain: Indiana, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Johnson could do well in the West and the usual suspects. Stein isn't going to get 5% anywhere not Vermont nor DC

Johnson: Every state west of the Mississippi except Arkansas and Louisiana, plus Maine and Vermont.

Stein: Probably nowhere.

Johnson: NH, IN, ME, West of the Mississippi River except LA, AR, and HI

Stein: Vermont

There should be some interesting county level results. Humboldt and Mendocino Counties in CA could break 10% for Stein. Johnson may take second in some rural Utah counties. Madison County, Idaho should also be fun to watch. It's the biggest county that voted over 90% for Romney (it's the home of BYU-Idaho); Clinton could get pushed to third. Hell, if McMullin makes the Idaho ballot, she could be in fourth place in Madison County.
