I specifically left because of other reasons but, if I may, I'd like to encourage members to consider a vacation from Fantasy politics until everything calms down. I've been monitoring what's been going on and it seems to have gotten pretty bad. Once again, I'm not saying people should leave for good because I know of people that really enjoy Fantasy politics but everyone needs alittle break.

Let me make one thing very clear - I am NOT trying to take people away from Fantasy stuff. We don't need any postings in response to this saying, "Mind your own buisness. This doesn't concern you." I'm just making a suggestion for the benefit of all members, even those not involved in Fantasy politics because some of the bitterness that is present HERE spreads to the rest of the forum.

So, just consider some time off. When the game returns to it's original purpose (for fun) then return. Thanks.

You have every right to express yourself here, Phil.

In any event, I don't think it's gotten too bad. We are dealing with social issues for the most part right now, and those are naturally intense because they hit home a lot more than other types of issues. It may not be pretty, but it's part of the game, and after you're done you shake your opponents hand and go prepare for the next battle.
